Refund & Cancellation Policy

1: REFUNDS

PHYSICAL GOODS

If, for some reason, you are not happy with your product (i.e. embroidery kits, linens, threads, or any other physical goods sold on this site), or the way in which you received your product, please get in touch, and return it to:

Upon receipt of your item a full refund will be issued. Modern Folk Embroidery can not take responsibility for goods damaged or lost in the mail process. However, we do take great care in making sure that your parcel arrives with you safely. Please make sure to get in touch if you have any concerns about your delivery, or the way it was handled. We want you to be 100% happy with your product!

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS

Digitally downloaded items, once downloaded from this site, are not eligible for refunds, unless there is a technichal issue with your file. In such a case, please get in touch with us and we will send your a fixed version of the digital file, or give you a full refund for the faulty purchase. Please get in touch if you have any issues with regards to your downloads – I’m always happy to assist you!

2: CANCELLATION POLICY

If you have changed your mind about your order, try and get in touch with me as soon as possible. I allow 24 hours after purchase to cancel your order. Orders cancelled before shipment will be refunded in full; orders that have been shipped out to you will only be refunded upon return, and when received by us in new and unopened condition. In the latter case only the item cost will be refunded: shipping costs are non refundable.

Digital downloads can only be cancelled if they have not been downloaded. Once a download has been made, a refund can not be given. Please see point 1 above for our refund policy.
