There are those days where everything seems to go wrong. Today was one of them. As A & I are planning our trip to India, I needed to apply for my visa. Now this is already a far-from-fun experience, but things just went from bad to worse (redoing forms, trying to find a library with internet and printing facilities, long queues on return to the visa office etc).
Things probably really weren’t all that bad, but I was probably just looking for an excuse to treat myself. As soon as the visa misery was over I treated myself to a nice copy of Kinfolk magazine, which is always a joy to read. The current issue is full of inspiring articles and beautiful photography. It really makes me want to take up photography more seriously.
I’m currently sitting in my room, playing the new Lana Del Rey album (as I treated myself to that as well…) and doing a little stitching. As I want to end this day positively, I thought I’d share some photos of a yet unpublished pattern, as well as my latest pattern, “Whoso Findeth Me“. I will write a little bit more about this pattern some other time, but for now here’s a few photos!
