Description

“A ogni uccello il sue nido è bello” is an Italian saying, which translates as “To each bird, its nest is beautiful”. This design was created in celebration of the 2017 Fili Senza Tempo exhibition in Italy that I took part in. The pattern features two birds, facing each other on their beautiful nest surrounded by a tree in bloom.

This pattern can be stitched both as a pincushion, or as a little sampler. It would be a great welcome sampler to your home, or would be a perfect wedding gift for a couple with an Italian heritage!

The pattern, when stitched up, will measure approximately 3 6/8″ in height and 7 3/8″ in width (9.5 x 18.5cm), and has a total of 2209 crosses.
