Dear Jacob: I've been wandering up from the beginning of your blog, having a wonderful time , and just came to the darning sampler test piece! Aren't they just the best? And I think the cream of the crop comes from the Netherlands, don't you? I have a small darning sampler going, based on a family piece belonging to Barbara Chatterton-Luuring, stitched on Wichelt 28 ct. natural/half bleached with Danish flower thread in blues and white. I think the Sampler Threads 12 perle would look wonderful also. Anyhow, just wanted to say say hello and thanks. Best regards to you and A. and the cats. Charlotte in California
