Yesterday was such an inspiring day! As I woke up early, I decided to do a little designing and immediately came up with a design that made me exited to stitch it. So I found some linen, decided on a nice colour (Simply Shaker thread “Summer Shower – 7069”), and started stitching! Later on in the afternoon I took some pictures, and then this morning I turned it into a little pattern booklet, which you can buy here for only $3.00.
The pattern reminds me of some running borders I saw at the Nordiska Museet in Stockholm. As the design feels quite Swedish, I decided to call it Stjärnblomma, meaning Star Flower.
It’s a perfect little pattern as a side project, or a great pattern for beginning stitchers! What would you use this design for?
