A high quality embroidery linen, made in France.
For over a hundred years, until 1954, Sajou was known for its high quality embroidery products. In 2004 Frédérique Crestin-Billet continued the rich legacy of this French brand, and for more than ten years now she has been providing high quality products to crafters and embroidery lovers alike.
This linen is a 32 count, which means that per inch, the linen has 32 threads both horizontally and vertically (or 12 threads per cm). Stitched over two threads, you will be able to fit 16 crosses per inch / 6 per cm. Each pre-cut piece of linen measures 50x70cm, and comes rolled up with one of the beautiful Maison Sajou wrappers.
