After a cold and mainly wet winter I yearn for spring… Seeing the first flowers of the year poke their heads above the ground fills my heart with joy. This little design is a celebration of those early flowers that bring with it a promise of spring.
TECHNICAL DETAILS:
This design is 65 crosses wide, and 137 crosses high. It has a total of 3222 crosses. It features only full crosses, and is suitable to be worked on any countable material. As this is a monochrome design, you can choose any colour (or colours) of your liking. When working with 2 pulled strands from a 6-strand skein, you require two skeins when working on 28, 32, and 36-count linens. When working with one strand, one skein should be enough on all counts of linen.
Below you find a table with the size of your finished piece when working on various counts of fabric. Note that these are estimates only, finished sizes may vary depending on the weave of your fabric.

This design features only full crosses and has no specialty stitches. It is suitable to be worked on aida fabric. A Pattern Keeper compatible file is also available in your downloads.
